Two weeks of warm-up, then active sending. You will usually see the first interested replies within the first week of sending, and meetings start booking shortly after. The pilot window starts when we begin sending, not when we sign, so warm-up never eats into your guarantee.
What happens if you do not hit the guarantee?
You get one of two things, your call: we keep the campaign running at no extra cost until we hit the number, or we refund the proportional amount. The guarantee is the floor. The goal is to overshoot it so the math makes obvious sense to keep going.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
A qualified meeting matches the ICP we agree on in writing during onboarding, is a real person at a real company, and shows up on the call. If a booked meeting does not fit your ICP, you cancel it and it does not count against the guarantee. We only count calls that are actually held.
Will all these emails burn my main domain?
Zero risk to your main domain, because we never send from it. We set up separate lookalike sending domains and point them back to your real site, so your primary domain stays clean for invoices and contracts while the lookalikes carry all the volume.
Do you have proof or case studies in my space?
We have 20-plus active clients across SaaS, fintech, healthcare billing, construction, hospitality, and AI. If we have an exact-match case study we share it, and if not we share an adjacent one. We can also put you on a call with current clients as references, and show you live dashboard examples with real reply rates and meeting volume.
How does your AI personalization actually work?
We scrape every lead, then run them through AI to pull a real signal: a competitor, a recent role change, a tech stack, company news. That signal becomes the subject line and first line, so every email feels written for that one person even at scale. You approve the copy templates before anything ships, and you see every variant in the dashboard.
Can I see results live?
Yes. You get a live dashboard. Every email, reply, booked meeting, and variant is synced in real time, so you can see reply rate, emails per meeting, and which variants are winning. We use the same dashboard internally to spot patterns and swap out underperformers. Full transparency, all the time.
What does setup look like, and how much work is it on my side?
About an hour of your time, total. A short onboarding call, a quick form, then a little time over the first week to review copy and lead lists. We run everything on our own infrastructure, so there is no IT lift on your end. We just need calendar access and a way to book meetings on your behalf.
Who does the work, and who is on my account?
We are your outsourced SDR team. We handle list building, copywriting, sending, reply handling, and meeting booking, and you handle the closing. We are focused on doing one channel, high-volume email, exceptionally well before adding others.
Can we approve the copy before it goes out?
Yes. You approve every variant before it ships. We write the templates, share them in a Google Doc, you mark up changes, we revise, and you sign off. We also send test emails to our own inboxes first to catch any merge-field bugs. Nothing goes live without your approval.
How do you make sure you never email my existing customers or pipeline?
We onboard your full do-not-contact list at the start: existing customers, active deals, anyone your team is already working. We block by email and by domain, so the whole company is excluded. We can also set up a live sync from your CRM or a Google Sheet, so any new lead from your other channels is automatically blocked from our send list.
What about spam laws, GDPR, or legal risk?
Cold business email is legal in the US as long as you honor opt-out requests, which we do automatically. We onboard your full do-not-contact list and block those domains and emails permanently, and we take liability for compliance in the contract. We run US campaigns by default, and anything in GDPR regions is opt-in only.
What reply rate and conversion can I expect?
Across our book: roughly a 1 to 2 percent reply rate, about 20 percent of those interested, and 30 to 40 percent of interested replies turning into booked meetings with follow-up. Your exact numbers depend on your offer and close rate, which is why we agree on a meeting guarantee up front instead of asking you to trust a projection.
Will you keep going once you hit the guarantee?
The system never stops mid-pilot. You get the full window of full-volume sending. If we hit the guarantee early, we keep going at the same volume until the pilot ends. The guarantee is the floor, not the ceiling, and the goal is to overshoot it so renewing is a no-brainer.
What infrastructure are you running on?
Enterprise-grade inboxes on the highest deliverability tier, our own lead-scraping and enrichment stack, and AI for personalization. Inbox health is monitored daily by an automated system across 20,000-plus inboxes, and any inbox that starts to drift is pulled and replaced before it can hurt deliverability.
Who are you, and why should I trust you?
Liquid is a US-registered company running outbound for 20-plus active US clients, sending 30,000 to 50,000 emails a day across our book. We launched in late 2025 and run everything on our own infrastructure with a small team plus heavy AI tooling.
Do we own the leads and infrastructure after the pilot?
You own the lead list. We hand over everything we scrape and enrich. The sending infrastructure stays under our management because moving it would burn it, but if you leave after the pilot you take your leads anywhere you want.
